The hotel is perfectly located between two subway stops, making it easy to explore all of the must-see sights in the city. It's also conveniently near the port, where you can catch a ferry to the beautiful Capri Island. The hotel itself is right in the center of everything, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great sleep quality and comfortable beds. The front desk staff, like Marialaura, are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast served on the 11th floor offers a breathtaking view of the city and a good variety of options.
The gym access requires filling out a form every time and sometimes the staff is not immediately available at the reception.

The sleep quality was excellent with comfortable bed and pillows, blackout curtains, and peaceful atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping streets and sightseeing. I have to admit, I was a little anxious about our stay at Renaissance Naples, but I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service team was responsive to all our inquiries and ensured our late arrival was accommodated. The bay, castle, and Vesuvius view from our room were breathtaking. We were thrilled with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything.
