The hotel is perfectly located between two subway stops, making it easy to explore all of the must-see sights in the city. It's also conveniently near the port, where you can catch a ferry to the beautiful Capri Island. The hotel itself is right in the center of everything, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great sleep quality and comfortable beds. The front desk staff, like Marialaura, are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast served on the 11th floor offers a breathtaking view of the city and a good variety of options.
The gym access requires filling out a form every time and sometimes the staff is not immediately available at the reception.

We were thrilled with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and explore the city on foot. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a wide selection of delicious food. The view from the dining area was amazing, adding to the overall dining experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to shops and we felt safe.
The front staff on arrival were quite rude and dismissive. We were not given any information about the hotel amenities or where to find them.
