The hotel is perfectly located between two subway stops, making it easy to explore all of the must-see sights in the city. It's also conveniently near the port, where you can catch a ferry to the beautiful Capri Island. The hotel itself is right in the center of everything, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great sleep quality and comfortable beds. The front desk staff, like Marialaura, are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast served on the 11th floor offers a breathtaking view of the city and a good variety of options.
The gym access requires filling out a form every time and sometimes the staff is not immediately available at the reception.

I was able to easily access public transportation and explore the city without any hassle. The sleep quality was excellent with comfortable bed and pillows, blackout curtains, and peaceful atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping streets and sightseeing. The customer service team was responsive to all our inquiries and ensured our late arrival was accommodated. The bay, castle, and Vesuvius view from our room were amazing. The breakfast buffet was generous and satisfying, and the views from the roof terrace were amazing. We were thrilled with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent tips and recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The rooftop breakfast room had amazing views and the breakfast itself was delicious, especially the classic Napolitan sweets. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
We had a few minor issues during our stay, such as not being provided with information on accessing the WiFi or where breakfast was served upon check-in. However, these were quickly resolved after calling reception from our room.

The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a wide selection of delicious food. The view from the dining area was amazing, adding to the overall dining experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to shops and we felt safe.
The front staff on arrival were quite rude and dismissive. We were not given any information about the hotel amenities or where to find them.
